Hosting Terms

The standard Authority Video purchase includes one adaptive viewing page and three calendar months of hosting for that film's portrait and landscape compositions. The period begins on the page's first publication date. We record the start and end dates in your delivery confirmation.

Unpublishing, republishing, or replacing a composition does not automatically restart the included period. Downloadable finished files and captions are also delivered so you can keep and use the production independently of our hosting.

Continued hosting is optional. The continuation price, applicable tax, billing period, viewing and support allowances, and any unusual usage requirements are disclosed and agreed before you purchase continuation. The included period does not automatically enroll you in paid hosting. Additional charges require your agreement.

The included period does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription. We contact you about continuation and obtain your explicit agreement before charging. Any recurring billing arrangement must separately disclose its start date, amount, frequency, and cancellation method, and obtain your authorization. An inquiry or production deposit does not authorize recurring charges.

You can decline continuation or cancel future renewals by contacting us below or replying to your hosting correspondence. We confirm the effective end date. Unless you request earlier removal, hosting continues through the included or paid period already agreed.

If you request removal partway through a paid month, that month's fee is ordinarily not prorated, except where your accepted agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. If we end paid hosting early for reasons other than your material breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion.

When hosting ends, the viewing page and hosted playback may become unavailable. Expiry does not delete copies someone has already downloaded or cached. You keep the rights granted for your paid finished files. Keep your own backups; ongoing re-download, restoration, or archival storage is not guaranteed after the agreed access period.

A page approved for public sharing can be accessed by people who receive or discover its link. It is not a private review service. Agree any access restrictions before publication; do not use a publicly shared viewing page for confidential materials.

Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or security incidents. No particular uptime level is promised unless separately agreed. We may pause hosting when reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, security threats, or material misuse, with notice where practicable.

The standard offer includes the adaptive viewing page and a website iframe embed. Source project files, bespoke integrations, and unlimited viewing or support are not included unless expressly agreed.

A pricing or allowance change applies to a future period only after advance notice and the agreement required for that arrangement. It does not reduce the included period or a period already paid for. Contact us using the details below for playback, billing, cancellation, or file-access questions.
